How the orb works

There is no algorithm reading your soul, and no data leaves your device when you press the orb. The fog holds a deck of readings, shuffles it, and deals you one at random. When the deck runs out it reshuffles, so you'll see every reading before you see any of them twice.

Is any of this real?

Every reading was written by hand for this carnival. If you'd like to send one of your own, the orb accepts submissions the same way it accepts everything else: reluctantly, and by email.
